You're going to have questions, of course. So here are some of the more common queries we get - and if you don't see what you are looking for, just email us!
A project is one social media image with up to 2 additional versions. An additional version is a change of colour, a change of copy, moving an element etc. This will depend on the complexity of the project. For example, you may have a photo you want to use, but want to see how it looks with a different colour block, or a different headline, That’s fine - it’s part of that project. For social media ad images, and more than 2 additional versions are required, then it will be defined as 2 projects. For example, if you want 4 images to use in a campaign, based on a couple of different images, with a couple of different headlines, that will be 2 projects. If more than 2 projects are required to be worked on at the same time, then another subscription will need to be purchased. If you don’t want to buy another subscription, then your next job in the queue will be worked on once the first 2 projects are completed.
We will work on multiple jobs, plus we have a 12-point checklist to maintain quality for all projects.
Absolutely. We do ask that you do your bit, and tell us everything you can.
We work a standard week, Monday to Friday 8.30am -5.00pm
No, we are able to do other design pieces if you need, just email us the details. If a job is for design output that is different from social media ads, then the delivery time will be longer, again, depending on the complexity of the project. For example, if the project is a print ad, the turnaround time will be 5 - 7 days.
We have only experiened and talented designers on our team. We don't waste your time with second-rate work, and all pieces are pushed through the 12-point checklist before you see them.
The project won’t officially start until all the information has been supplied, for example, copy, images, direction. Once it is all loaded into Asana, then the project will commence. For example, if you load a project without the copy, we don’t start the clock until we have the approved wording.

All descriptions of delivery time are estimated, and are based on working days only, not weekends. That’s Monday to Friday, AEST, 8.30am to 5pm.
